About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Fashion Tabs website and buy from us. Fashion Tabs is run by [shopify], [UnitedKingdom], [fashiontabsclothing@gmail.com]. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our products

We try to show our products and colours as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Each piece is made to order, so there can be small differences between items.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include or exclude tax as shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but not for an order you have already paid for. You pay when you place your order.

Your order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was wrong. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Our content

The Fashion Tabs name, logo, Tabline design, photos and everything else on this site belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, though you may also have the right to bring a claim where you live.
