Our promise

We want you to love your Fashion Tabs order. If you don't, you can return it.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of it arriving.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and tell us which item you are returning.

We will reply within [2] business days with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send anything back before we reply.

Return postage

You pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. If it is faulty or wrong, we will pay for the return or send you a free replacement.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within [14] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you.

Refunds
